As a Certified Health Coach, I help women lead healthier lives by providing individualized accountability, support, & guidance, so they can achieve their health goals!
From working with me, most have said they have become more balanced, energized & happy!
And yes, a side effect of prioritizing your health, can be weight loss!
The focus is becoming healthy though! I've seen plenty of "skinny" people who are not healthy & happy.

In addition to Health Coaching I also am a certified Yoga Instructor and also provide community events: hiking groups, biking groups and a women's circle.
