Have you fallen off the bandwagon?

It's okay. It happens. It happened to me even after I became a Health Coach! I was ashamed and carrying guilt, because I know better, right?! I felt like a fraud; an imposter. Limiting beliefs came up for me. I had to remember: I AM HUMAN first and foremost. Healing is not linear. There are layers. AND to ask myself, what am I supposed to be learning here? What else needs healing? I realized it was showing me to lean more into self-compassion. To look at my inner conflict and to cultivate self-peace. Self peace is the opposite of self-conflict. Self-conflict is disempowering. It creates tension, friction and inner-turmoil within. I had betrayed myself. How? I quit my morning routine of connecting with myself, getting in adequate movement and allowing myself to 'enjoy life a little more' with inflammatory foods. After months of doing this, every area of my life was negatively effected. It was a good reminder and I believe it happened, so I can better serve my clients. Our health & wellbeing is the foundation. If we don't have the energy & capacity for ourselves, we can not show up & be the versions of ourselves that we want to be to our family, friends, peers and co-workers.
