If you remember dial up computers.....

then you'll remember that those computers ran slow when they had a lot of programs open, so to make it run faster, we had to shut some down, right? We can apply this analogy to ourselves. FOMO is real or maybe you lean towards a constant seeking for something. Being pulled in so many directions at once, can make us feel overwhelmed, scattered, anxiety-ridden and ungrounded. To find center again... Reduce the overwhelm. Remove the distractions. Is that social media? Netflix? Involving yourself in gossip or other people's drama? Simplify. Let go of what doesn't serve you. Declutter physically & mentally. Are you over giving yourself/ overcommitting to too much? Make an inventory of your commitments/ what you do with your time, prioritize what matters and then end the subscriptions with what doesn't. We can't bring in new energy, unless we make room for it. Now breathe & feel the peace. Settle into this new space, for as long as you need. When the time is ready, then start incorporating one small step to reach your goals. Focus on one thing that will get you closer to being the version you want to be. One step at a time.
