Self Sabotage

Updated: Aug 29, 2022

Are you a perfectionist or a procrastinator? Personally, I lean towards perfectionism. Both these behaviors are a form of self sabotage. How many times have you made promises to yourself to just break them? Maybe you're stuck in a self perpetuating cycle that looks something like this: Making promises to do XYZ tomorrow or this week. Then feeling bad about yourself after breaking them and so you recite limited beliefs like "See, I'm not good enough." "See, I'm not worthy." You tell yourself such, in order to keep believing the nonsense. It's a SELF FUFILLING PROPHECY. You don't like how you feel, yet you feel you can't move forward. You feel stuck. You've tried countless things, only to give up because you needed someone to hold you accountable and to be there to support when you wanted to give up. Does this sound familiar? You can get unstuck. I'm here to tell you that IT IS POSSIBLE! First, you must admit that you need outside help. THERE IS NO SHAME IN ASKING OR NEEDING HELP. Kindly ask your pride to sit to the side, because YOU'VE GOT THIS! IT IS A SIGN OF STRENGTH TO RECEIVE HELP. I commend everyone in my Discovery Calls for taking that first step to reach out. That first step is HUGE. IT. IS. A. BIG. DEAL. It is ONE GIANT ACT OF SELF LOVE, as you start to make your way back to yourself.
