What to do if....

You're failing week after week with your health goals & you're about to just GIVE UP.

You missed a workout or two, got stressed & went for the cookies, or you totally have nothing planned for meals...so you say things like:

"Screw it, I'll just wait until next Monday" "I'm such a failure, I'll never be successful" "Why bother, this week is a waste" "If I can't be perfect then it nothing matters what I do".

Are you, or have you, gone through something similar?! It's a vicious cycle to be on. It's frustrating in so many ways.

It's so common for me to hear... "I struggle so much with consistency and follow through. I have no discipline".

So you have good intentions, so WHY do you find yourself struggling to stay accountable to your plan, and can’t seem to be making progress?

Have an all or nothing mentality Negative self talk Use extreme measures Wait for the "right time" Let go of being perfect

WHERE TO START

Be kind to yourself. Learn from your past experiences. Dig deep & address the real root barriers you're struggling. Set 1-3 tangible & realistic goals for the week. Don't procrastinate; JUST GET STARTED. Create a sustainable ROUTINE and set health "non negotiables". Get rid of the triggers. Ask for help. Have an Accountability System.

Waiting doesn't do anything except make it harder and keeps you farther away from your goals for longer!
